you made up a bunch of fake names for your children's school catalog fundraiser, and then paid for all of the stuff yourself because you actually didn't do a darn thing.
P.S. To my PTO sisters - this is just a hypothetical situation I made up for the amusement of others. I would never, ever do something like that.
Sincerely,
Ethel Mertz.

You might not have done that Ethel but I sure did. Plus, all of mine were total cheapskates!
What a GREAT idea!! I haven't come to the school fund raising point yet, but I'll have to remember this for the future!! :)
Nicely done, Ethel. the question now is what are you goign to do with all that wrapping paper?! Or is it caramel corn?! ;)
Ethel- glad you're back. How's Fred?
Yep, thats me. I dont like the door to door thing..... I buy ALOT from my kids fundraisers!
Nell - No kidding! That Edna Giovanniturnstienelli never buys much!
MC - Oh...it will come. Yes, it will come.
Mike - build festively decorated homes for the needy?
j&j - Still wearin' his pants up to his armpits.
Ded - Then what do we do with all the crap we bought?!
That is too funny. I actually considered doing that... and in the end just decided that I did not want to spend my hard-earned money on overpriced wrapping paper and tchotchkes. My son is still mad at me.
I'm totally doing this rather than sending the form to work with my husband or my kid out to annoy the neighbors!!
:)
Have a great weekend.
Mike

Sadly, I think I would do the same thing if my daughter were selling chocolate.
